China continues to impose anti-dumping duties on imports of neoprene

today, the Ministry of Commerce issued an anti-dumping final review ruling on imports of neoprene originating in Japan, the United States and the European Union, imposing anti-dumping measures on imports of neoprene from the above regions for a period of five years

the Ministry of Commerce ruled that if the original anti-dumping measures were terminated, the dumping of chloroprene rubber imported from Japan, the United States and the European Union against China could continue, and the damage caused by the import of the investigated products to China's chloroprene rubber industry may occur again

the announcement said that from May 10, 2011, when importing neoprene originating from Japan, the United States and the European Union, import operators should pay corresponding anti-dumping duties to the customs. The anti-dumping duty shall be calculated and levied on the ad valorem value of the duty paid price approved by the customs, and the calculation formula is: the amount of anti-dumping duty = the duty paid price of the customs × Anti dumping duty rate. The import value-added tax is calculated and levied on the basis of the duty paid price approved by the customs and our production mode, business mode and development concept in large iron and steel enterprises. Tariffs and anti-dumping duties are taken as the ad valorem price
