This method requires product developers to consider all factors, including quality, cost, schedule, user requirements and so on, from concept formation to product scrap disposal in the whole life cycle of the product from the beginning of design. In order to understand the connotation of concurrent engineering, we should pay attention to the following problems:

in order to successfully implement the production mode of concurrent engineering, in addition to relying on existing scientific and technological achievements and encouraging innovation, we should also strengthen the research of basic theory and technology. CAX (abbreviation of CAD, cam, CAPP, CAE, etc.) and DFX (abbreviation of performance-oriented DFP, assembly DFA, manufacturing DFM, analysis DFE, test DFT, quality DFQ, cost DFC, service DFS, etc.) are the key technologies of concurrent engineering; In addition, we should strengthen the modeling and Simulation of CE process, strengthen data management, and strengthen comprehensive coordination technology. At present, based on the connotation of concurrent engineering, some domestic experts and scholars in this field have carried out research on automatic process planning and concurrent manufacturing methods for concurrent engineering, and discussed the implementation strategies of concurrent process planning and concurrent manufacturing. 1.2 lean production

(4) the effect of concurrent engineering implementation on LP is mainly reflected in product design
